Last weekend we had the opportunity to hang out with dear friends and past clients Stephen + Stephanie for a coaching session. They drove from Wisconsin and spent the weekend with us. We talked about branding, marketing, editing, and all the important things that it takes to run a business. Who knew that being a photographer/small business owner requires more than just taking pretty photos? 😉

While Stephen and Stephanie were here with us, they wanted to see if we could do a photo shoot with one of Stephen’s past clients that lived in the area. We showed Stephen and Stephanie our posing techniques as well as how we get the photo perfect in the camera so we don’t have to spend time in front of the computer fixing the photo (coloring, lighting, etc). We make sure we get the white balance, coloring, and exposure perfect from the beginning. This way we can spend more time together rather than sitting in front of the photoshop.

Anyways, Phil and Bit really made our jobs easy. They are such a gorgeous and super sweet couple. They have been married for 3 years and still have the newlywed glow!
